Matt’s background in business and his competitive spirit from years of sports fuel his drive for innovation and advancement. His passion for building services stems from his early days partnering with his father in the window cleaning industry.

Sean Davis
Vice President
Sean Davis brings over 15 years of diverse construction and building-envelope experience, spanning surface preparation, waterproofing, façade restoration, roofing, and large-scale concrete repair projects across more than 30 states. He is widely recognized as a dedicated leader with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. His experience guiding teams, mentoring field personnel, and delivering high-standard solutions has consistently supported operational excellence and long-term client success.
A long-time board member and recent Past President of the New England Chapter of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), Sean continues to advance industry education and collaboration. In 2024, he was honored as one of ICRI’s “40 Under 40: Tomorrow’s Leaders in Concrete Repair.”
With installer certifications from Neogard, SIKA, and LymTal, OSHA 10/30 credentials, and a Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License, Sean’s technical expertise and leadership strengthen B.E.G.’s mission to equip partners with the knowledge, standards, and support needed to deliver high-quality building-envelope solutions.
